There are plenty of bullies that eventually stop their ways and change, while in your high school years and lower I understand how one could use the Death Note on them, one would be better off waiting to see if they turn criminal or not...until then one shouldn't use it.

And like you said, they "MAY" become.....not they "WILL" become. Wait and give them a chance before you end up ruining your own life. Some people have reasons for bullying. An old bully of mine ended up apologizing and claiming that they were in some problems with their family...he also ended up committing suicide.

You can't use a DEATH NOTE to HEAL PEOPLE...unless you consider death a way to get rid of illness...then yes, it can heal people. By writing down the names of those with HIV, Cancer, STD's, etc.

It's called Death Note because it only causes death.

The world is divided because no one seems to understand that there is such things as being mutual. it's a state of not being for either side, sure there are more people for good that neutral and more people for evil than neutral, but no one should separate the world into two different groups just because the majority are in those groups. The world needs to consider the minority of people...like in schools.

My school has about 90% African Americans, 3% Hispanics, and 2% Asian and Caucasian. Our principal automatically labels everyone in the school as 'proud African American's striving to change ourselves and prove our labels wrong'. The world just tends to put everyone in a big group depending on how many there are.

Some people have to do evil in order to do good, that is a proven fact and worldly known. The government would kill one man to save a country, but if that one man kills another man to save the country they would get into big trouble...the only way one could get away with doing evil was if they worked for the government.

Kira's idea's were planned out and perfect in the beginning, but as always power takes over and he turned more evil than following his chosen path. The idea of saving the world with the Death Note was great, until he started to simply kill people he didn't want or need anymore...that was the problem.

Of course there will never be a common agreement, this was made to talk and debate, you know. If everyone agreed then where would this site go? No where, that's where.

I think the show has shown as well as this Discussion as well. That the world is divided about this on what is right & what is wrong. Like in the show the world will always debate on how we view criminals and some might even take it to their own hands to try to change things while the law or others do not agree. This goes beyond Kira. form the days of super heros like Batman, Spiderman, and so fourth. The only way is for us to vote on it whether we agree or disagree and wether we are right or wrong is hard to say. There's no clear solution. This is just a story of one who has gotten the power to go what he believes is right. But whether he is right or he is wrong will always be debated. There are those who believe in Kira and those who Believes Kira is a Radical in some sense. This like the world will be a Debate in our minds and in real life for a long time to come. Debate is as long as you like. There will most likely be no Common agreement nor a Single solution for a long time to come. That's what I think the movie was tryin to explain. That's what make Death Note so Popular and successful. We each have our own ideas to change the world that some may agree while others will not. That's Life.. (And Death in a matter of speaking LoL)

It is You who need to read the rules of the Death Note EvieOtaku. In my opinion, he/she barely got it right.

Oh forget that Lawlietta Y. Bullys are criminal to me and deserve to be written down. I think of them as growing up to be criminals. As one we all know would say. hey should never be shown mercy, for there actions warrant them to be "DELETED"
Bullys may become rapist or killers or so forth in the future thinking they can get away with everything. Harming the innocent and the weak. They're no different to me. "DELETE!!!"

i would kill every last person in the government and put as their last actions to be to appoint me as world leader so then i would never need the death note again and if i where to be caught i will not be prosecuted

Then again, he's saying the "World Would Be Cleansed" even though he's only killing people that went against him...which is stupid lol. He'd only end up killing himself, which would be best since he couldn't handle the Death Note lol.
