Is there anyone who you hate or hates you? All they have to do is forge some evidence, make up a sob story, and put you at the scene of the "crime". And , before you could even prove your innocence, kira would put you in the same category as all the other criminals. You would be killed just because someone doesn't like you. And there really isn't much that could be done about it.
