But the actions of one person could greatly affect the entire world for better or worse, if the actions done are great enough. Sure one person may not be enough to cast eternal damnation upon criminals. But who's to say that a group cannot? A large scale jury can carry out the executions of he wicked, very similar to our own justice system really.
